Blink Description

Blink is a very small and open source public-access blog engine that supports running multiple blogs at once. To install Blink on your website, put the extracted files in the /cgi-bin directory. Keep in mind that it must be executable by the web server. Having an empty file called /cgi-bin/.local will allow Blink to operate normally on the localhost.
