DateUtils Description

dateutils is an open source command-line software written in C and designed to provide a collection of several utilities that help you to mess with times and dates. The program has a strong focus on use cases that arise when dealing with large amounts of financial data. dateutils is comprised of several utilities like strptime, a command-line version of the C function, dadd for adding durations to times and dates, dconv for converting times and dates between calendars, ddiff for computing durations between times and dates, dgrep for grepping times and dates in input streams. Additionally, dateutils includes dround for rounding times and dates to “fuller” values, dseq for generating sequences of times and dates, as well as dtest for comparing times and dates.
