File Lister provides a Web interface for listing files and directories. File Lister provides a Web interface for listing files and directories.FileLister is meant to be an open source alternative for listing files/directories with an easy navigateable (web-)interface.Requirements:· Template-Toolkit (Tested with version 2.10, 2.13, 2.14)· Dir::List (Tested with version 1.3)· Apache::Constants (Tested with version 1.09)· YAML::LoadFileCached (Tested with version 0.21)· Hash::Merge (Tested with version 0.07)· File::Basename (Tested with version 2.73)· RPM2 (Tested with version 0.66)· Date::Format (2.22)InstallingSimply unpack the tarball into some directory (note, that this directory mustbe readable by your webserver); Eg. /var/www/filelister.compay.com.Afterwards create some Apache virtual host or whatever you like. We providethe installation guide for a Apache virtual host here, because we have itrunning this way.Please see the example vhost-configuration (perldoc Apache::FileLister).Add a vhost-configuration like this to your Apache configuration or include itusing the apache include directive. Please note, that this will not work ifyou do not change it before. :-)Restart Apache, go to the FileLister page and look at the error log. You canalso run FileLister by running >perl main.pl< on the command-line; Might beusefull for debugging purpose.
