Glade3 is an open source and completely free Rapid Application Development (RAD) graphical software, designed for developers who want to effortlessly create GUIs (graphical user interfaces) for GTK+ and GNOME. Glade is capable of saving projects in the XML format, which can be later loaded by applications dynamically as needed, using the GtkBuilder GTK+ object. Also, thanks to GtkBuilder, the XML files outputed by Glade can be used in numerous programming languages including C++, C#, C, Java, Python, Vala, Perl, and others. Glade is a platform-independent application that runs on the Linux, Mac OS X and Windows operating systems.
