Requirements: · XMMS · LCDproc What's New in This Release: · now remembers the time and updating the time only when it changes rather than every time the bargraph is recomputed (to reduce the comms load) · detection of song changes without playlist advances (that happens with streamed stuff) · scrolling/marquee of overlong song titles, with an extra space character · fixup of some compiler warnings · made the banner and title-when-not-playing optional, by #define WANTBANNER · added backlight control: on when we play, off when we're stopped (but when paused the light stays on) · added display of total track time, now shows "01:44/17:34" · made freq analyzer optional, via #define WANTANALYZER if the analyzer is not compiled in, then the extra space is used for: · display of the volume in the lower left corner · display of the current playlist position and the total playlist entries · display of the states repeat/shuffle/no-advance in the bottom right corner volume, playlist and option states are only updated when there are changes, again to keep the comms load down.
