LiveParkes Description

LiveParkes is an open source and 100% free live Linux operating system based on the pre-release version of the gNewSense 3 Linux distribution. It’s provided as an unofficial demo of what’s coming in the aforementioned distro. It comes with various open source applications, such as the GIMP image editor, the Apache OpenOffice office suite, the Iceweasel web browser and the VLC Media Player. It uses GNOME 2.30.2 as the default desktop environment. LiveParkes is distributed as a single Live DVD ISO image, supporting both 64-bit and 32-bit architectures. The password for the live media is live.
