MCLinux Description

MCLinux is an open source Linux distribution based on the Semplice Linux operating system and especially designed in the honor of madame Marie Curie, a Polish/French chemist and physicist. MCLinux aims to provide a Linux-based desktop platform that helps students to learn chemistry, as well as to develop various activities in that area. It uses KDE Software Compilation as its default desktop environment. MCLinux is distributed as Live DVD ISO images, offering support for both 64-bit and 32-bit architectures. It provides support for the English and Brazilian Portuguese languages and can be easily installed on a HDD or USB drive.
