n Apache mod_perl module which allows users to create their own Web questionnaires Mod_Survey is an Apache mod_perl module which allows users to create their own Web questionnaires using an XML-based tag notation.Mod_Survey module supports exporting of data into several file formats, including SPSS syntax, semi-colon delimited fields, and SQL script.It also provides limited support for descriptive statistics of the submitted data, and stylesheet customizations of layout.
