NetBSD LiveCD Description

NetBSD LiveCD is a bootable LiveCD containing the NetBSD/i386 system. NetBSD LiveCD is a bootable ISO image contains NetBSD 3.99.7 and allows you to boot NetBSD/i386 -current without having to install to a hard disk.The LiveCD was initially intended to be a rescue cdrom, but is now capable of much more.The default desktop environment is KDE. But there is another window manager available: pekwm.The LiveCD will automatically try to obtain an IP address via DHCP. If that fails, you must manually configure your network settings. For information on this, please see the NetBSD Guide.There are two users: root and user. The password for both is NetBSD. If you are logged in as user, you can use sudo(8).
