Cellcounter Description

Cellcounter is a very useful application that can automatically count the number of cells displayed in an image. The app allows you to set up the cell size and can work with both fluorescence and bright-field pictures. To start using Cellcounter you must import the images you want to analyze and then adjust the cell size. You will able able to view the cells highlighted on the image and their number on the bottom of the main window. NOTE: To buy Cellcounter via the App Store an Apple account is required.
