Google Chrome extension that offers you a fully functional RSS feed reader Technically speaking, Foxish live RSS mimics the excellent native handling of RSS feeds in Firefox using live bookmarks. Foxish live RSS does this by syncing RSS feeds with bookmark folders and refreshing them every five minutes. Install Foxish live RSS and get back to non-obtrusive and easy to use RSS functionality. This should also work with Atom feeds too.If your on an RSS/Atom feed page it will detect that and give you the option to subscribe. This portion of code was taken from Googles RSS Subscription extension. Also if you are on a page that has a reference to an RSS/Atom page it will display the foxish icon in the address bar and you can click it to go to the subscribe page.One thing to note is that it does not detect the RSS/Atom feeds on the page you have to configure them in the options. This could be added though if people request it.After you add a RSS/Atom feed it may take up to 5 minutes for it to be polled the first time which will create the folder and the bookmarks. Requirements: · Google Chrome Limitations: · Chrome Limitations: · The Chrome API has limitations on the number of bookmark actions (add, remove, move) that extensions can perform in a period of time so this extension tries to do as little as possible. · · Even so it is possible to hit these limits and the extension will have to wait for an hour before it can continue. In that case you will see an error symbol on the Foxish icon and you can click on it to see any errors that have occurred.
