Red Sox Schedule Widget - based on the original schedule that was put out by MLB If you are a die hard Red Sox fanatic like I am, you have to be able to access the Red Sox schedule where ever you are at. The Red Sox Schedule widget will display the complete schedule of the 2007 Boston Red Sox on a monthly calendar. The schedule is based on the original schedule that was put out by MLB and all games and times are subject to change, so please do not rely totally on the times listed in this widget. If you select the month in the drop down menu, the widget will show you the games that are scheduled for that month. If you then hover the mouse over a game, the widget will show you the time that the game was originally scheduled for. All of the data for the schedule is stored locally so you do not need to be connected to the Internet to look at the schedule, but this also means the schedule is not automatically updated when a change is made to the schedule. All of the schedule data is stored in text files so if you wish to update the widget yourself all you need to do is update the text files. The text files are located in the widget directory. In the finder window, select your home folder, the library folder and then the Widget folder. You should see a RedSoxSchedule.wdgt 'file' in this folder, in reality it is a folder. 'control-click' (or right click if you have a two+ button mouse) and select the 'Show Package Contents' option, this will display the files that are in the Red Sox Schedule package.
