A development kit contains the information needed to begin taking advantage of the multiprocessing API. The Multiprocessing SDK includes libraries, documentation, interfaces and a complex collection of sample code for working with MP 2.1. New sample code (with source) is included to showcase the new features introduced in MP 2.1, namely support for synchronous I/O from an MP task and access to extended MP task info.
