Full Automation Software Suite receives signals from alarm Panels for intrusion, fire, gas leak etc. It allows operators to evaluate the alarms and take appropriate action. A-traq software requires a "Receiver" device connected to the alarm panels. These include Surgard, Bosch, GE Osborne Hoffman, Silent Knight, Crow, Micron, Savesa, FBII, Radionics, Ademco, Enigma, ITI etc. Software can manage lists to be called, passwords of subscribers, notes on how to handle alarms etc. It manages all signals on SQL database and allows custom reports to send via e-mail. There are two windows in handling alarms. The first pops up the required signals received. These signals are grouped automatically so the event is evaluated as a whole. While reporting events the operator spends less time in entering information. Predefined statements are automatically inputted with right click of the mouse. For example you can choose to input "Alarm accidentally triggered by user". It can follow complex open / close scenarios for shops. A-traq software has additional server and integration modules. Once the operator verifies that the alarm is not a phantom, then he/she may phone the end users by simply clicking on the dial button. As soon as the operator clicks on the dial icon the report section will start to be filled out with automatically generated statements such as "...Mr George Brown (0555 555 55 55) has been called...".
