The Loans Information screen provides New Account set up, name and address of either lender or borrower, loan terms, and summarises all loans maintained within the system. You can keep separate files for different classes of loans, and set passwords to protect each loan file. Amortization schedules cope with changing interest rates, balloons, changing term limits and accelerated repayments.
