Cyclope is an advanced employee surveillance software which provides you valuable information regarding your IT infrastructure usage and your employees computer related activities by allowing you to monitor any targeted machine within your company's network. Designed for the business environment, Cyclope provides managers the perfect surveillance software to monitor and control their employees and increase efficiency while also respecting their privacy. Information is provided through detailed statistics and customized reports based on all computer related activities such as application usage, documents opened, idle time, windows and Internet/web sites activity. Main features: Application Activity: Cyclope tracks all applications and programs launched/accessed as well as the total duration of each user's activity in each program / application (hours and percentage). Specific Application Usage: Cyclope records information regarding the way employees are using specific applications as well as the extent of a specific application usage within the company's IT related workforce - such as the productive applications (ERP, CRM, Office, Development or Planning Tools, etc.) as well as those less productive (Internet Browsing, Chat, Games, etc.). Internet Activity: Using Cyclope you will be able to determine the time or percentage the employees are involved in online activities such as Internet Browsing, Chat, Downloads etc. Beside the time spent on chat conversations, Cyclope also reveals the chat ID of the persons the employee has discussed with, and the time spent with each of them. Document Monitoring: Cyclope provides a list of all documents accessed by a monitored user. Cyclope does not monitor the document content only the name of the document and the period the user accessed it. Chat Monitoring: Cyclope provides a list of all chat applications used by a monitored user and the name of the window of all this. The effective time of the chat conversations that took place with each person is also provided. Rules & Alerts: Cyclope allows manager to create rules for each employee / group regarding the work schedule, idle time, internet and chat activity. The alerts are activated only if the employee's activity does not comply with the defined rules.
