You can use any combination of the several interfaces including the Application Interface, currently the most feature-rich; the Outlook Add-in, offering similar features of the Application interface but built right into Microsoft Outlook; the Web Browser Interface, supporting any web browser on any operating system; the Mobile Interface, supporting any web-enabled mobile device; and the SDK, enabling you to build your own custom interfaces. Add a Touch Screen Kiosk or your own PC Kiosk solution for a configurable large screen status view, an online guest log, a note viewer, and an easy way to punch in and out while still being able to leave a comment and a return time. Install the Punch to use biometrics like HID and fingerprint without needing a kiosk. Leverage the Offline interface to sync EIOBoard with a mobile device for offline status and contact info in case of an emergency situation. Our in out board solution is the only one to offer AD sync, Exchange Sync terminal server and Citrix support, automated and silent deployment tools, toll-free live support, and tight Outlook and GroupWise Integration. The status board also offers anywhere, anytime access using any interface through the Internet or your Intranet. The solution will streamline your organization by offering a simple and easy to use interfaces, presence sensing status updates, shared calendar views, TAPI on-the-phone status updates, two-way automatic Outlook and GroupWise calendar sync that can be mapped to an in/out status, timecard and payroll exporting to QuickBooks, CSV, or Excel, mobile text messaging, internal-only instant messaging, shared notes, resource management, electronic guest log, status notifications, extensive reporting, and a free SDK to integrate our solution with your business application.
