GMDR is a lightweight and easy to use application designed to help you perform gene interaction using multifactor dimensionality methods. The application works in the command prompt and you have to enter the following command in order to use it: java -jar GMDR.jar --bfile example. It comes with various analysis functions and provides support for genotype data in binary or text format.
