The Hall Booking is an application designed to view a conference rooms, book a hall and to cancel a booked hall in organization. There are three types of rooms available namely Black, Red and Green. In a day according to the time specified in the application you can book a hall or a cancel the booked hall, halls can be booked for one complete year and also you can send queries to the organization. 1.2. Before you begin This Guide contains detailed information about using Hall Booking. In addition, it is available on the web at http://www.ssgindia.com. Before you can operate Hall Booking, you must have Microsoft Windows (2000, 2003, XP and Windows Vista) installed.
