MyUpdate Toolkit is the powerful software update utility designed for IT administrators and software developers to easily and quickly integrate update functionality into new and existing products with minimal effort. Here's how it works: You use the MyUpdate "Update Manager" to generate a data file containing the information you want to present to the user. This file is then uploaded to your own web server. Finally, you point the MyUpdate "Update Utility" at the file on your web server during installation of your software. Then from within your software, have a button or menu item that runs the MyUpdate utility, which then initiates the update process. MyUpdate enabled applications can be massively deployed through large organizations. Included with the toolkit is a tutorial that guides you through each of the available features. Once you complete the tutorial, you should be able to correctly implement the necessary calls in your application. The entire process usually takes no more than a few hours to complete.
