Ovis pdf-Office Professional is a feature-rich software program whose purpose is to help you create PDF forms and documents from scratch. As the name implies, it primarily addresses users with some background in this kind of applications. The interface of the tool is businesslike and intuitive. You can start writing a document as you would normally do in a common text editor. It is possible to change the font type, size and emphasis, zoom in and out, set the page margins, add borders, use drawing tools (e.g. line, rectangle, ellipse, arrow), set the line and fill color, as well as insert form fields (e.g. checkbox, radio button, password or multiline field). Furthermore, you may add a background image, use the standard Cut, Copy and Paste functions, undo your actions, set bookmarks, display a ruler and grid, clear the JavaScript console, as well as preview the document in Acrobat Reader. As far as document properties go, you can edit the metadata (title, subject, author, keywords), select the encryption level and assign a password, specify the magnification level and page layout mode, insert pages, as well as choose the page size and orientation, to name but a few.
