Editor's review: This is a converter for changing PDF formatted documents into documents readable in iPhone. PDF to iPhone Converter is a PDF conversion tool. It converts publications to ePub format in a batch. Thus you are now able to read your important documents even on the go. ePub is a popular format for electronic documents that can be read on the new generation of devices known as the eReaders as well as mobile devices like the iPhone. ePub is a open format specification supported by open publication system and open packaging format specifications. The documents converted by this converter will be useful on iPad, iPhone, iPod Touch, Sony Reader, etc. as well. The user interface is clean and simple, but does not really look that interesting. Possibly because of the font used on the text in the interface it does not look so nice. Controls below the files listing area make it easy to create a batch list. These files then are converted in a batch through a single click on the convert button. The tool would convert text and images and maintain the layout in many cases. But in really complicated layouts it is safer to convert the whole page as an image. Thus there are two options you can exercise here, "Text and images to ePub" and "each page as an image to ePub". Only problem here is that this is an option for the batch as a whole. Other option you can exercise is to convert all the pages in a document or a selected range. You are able to select only one page range and this range selection applies to the batch too. These could lead to practical problems and prove to be irritating. If you need a tool for conversion to ePub, this is a good one but is not something that will excite you. Publisher's description:
