PS Cafe is a POS (Point of Sale) software designed for a lunchroom or a school cafeteria. PSCafePOS integrates with nearly any Student Information System including PowerSchool 5.0 and Pentamation. PSCafePOS takes into account free and reduced lunches and student credit. PSCafePOS is a Java based application that was created to aid Schools that are looking a free POS Solution. It currently works any JDBC Compliant Database. PSCafePOS comes complete with a management portal and parent portal, both of which are pretty feature rich. PSCafePOS was created to help schools save money on operations, so that it can be better spent on student learning. PSCafePOS is completely free, and DOES NOT come with any warranty of any kind. PSCafePOS uses a MySql or Postgres database to write the transactions to and to store student credit. This system also reads directly from the SIS system without the need of SIF. Requirements: · Java Runtime Environment 1.5 or higher · Apache Web Server, PHP, Mysql or Postgres Server
