PeopleTrac Description

Three different user levels include, users who can only sign themselves in and out, and see the status of all users in their department. Department administrators can add users, projects in the department they administer and sign in/out people in their department and run department level reports on users and projects. Main features: Network Operation: Network operation requires a common networked mapped drive to share the common database. Installation will allow opening an existing database or creating a new database. Unlimited Departments: Use of departments allows companies to use a single sign in/out board system where administrators can see the status of any user, department administrators see only people in their department and users will also only see those in their department. Unlimited Projects: Though PeopleTrac isn't a time billing system, projects allow some tracking and reporting to allow tracking time when people are not in the office and working for a specific project. Future plans are to include minimal time tracking into PeopleTrac. Unlimited Users: Unlimited users means once you purchase PeopleTrac you are not limited to a given number of users or any complex licensing structures to be concerned about. This clearly saves money. Three User Levels: User - Has the ability to sign only themselves in and out while they are able to view the status of everyone in the department they are working. Dept. Administrator - Has the ability to sign in/out anyone, add, edit and delete users, and both user and project reporting only for the department they work in.
