ReSite Description

ReSite is a handy application that can analyze active site residues of docked poses. In order to use it, you need the ligand file generated by the docking software, as well as the protein input file. Users have to specify the name of the two input files, as well as the distance up to which you want to list surrounding amino-acids resides.
