SetVideoTimeout is a very small and easy tu use package tool that will enable you to set the monitor timeout in seconds instead of minutes; (for example Control Panel: Power Options: Turn Off Monitor). The Windows API uses seconds, so why should you be limited to minutes? Turn off your monitor after 1 second of inactivity if you wish.
