The SandBagger is a useful application that was designed in order to provide you with a complete environment for creating and managing golf events. This software assists users with management of all aspects of golf competition registration, scoring and documentation. Main features: Define any number of golf tournament Events; Configure golf facilities which will be used for Event Competitions; Configure any number of Event Competitions (over multiple days if needed – useful for long duration events such as league play). Medal (individual and two person team), Four Person Team and Stableford competitions are supported, but match play is not. All competitions can be configured in flights, and for separate men's and ladies' competitions. This application cannot be used to create official player handicap factors, but for players without handicaps, it will create an equivalent factor for each using the player's average score. Enter registration information for each event, entering player information to the level of detail required (a comprehensive player information database capability is included) ; Score each competition with several popular handicapping methods, including a proprietary method for scrambles. If you have a portable scanner (Plustek M12 or equal), you can enter hole scores via Optical Mark Recognition cards (a card template is supplied with the SandBagger software); Generate a large variety of reports through each step of the event (e.g. configuration, registration, tee assignment, scoring). You can also print a variety of player labels, and export player and event data to an Excel spreadsheet or an Access database.
