TimeNotes Description

Time Notes is a small and handy program to manage all kind of information on your computer desktop. It is a simple tool for just writing down information that you want to save in a handy format on your computer. It may also be used for reminding you of things you want to keep track on. Each note can be set to display automatically at a timeinterval reminding you at a certain time and date. Either once or on a regular basis. When a note is automatically displayed a sound will alert you that the note has been displayed. The functionality to remind you automatically is simple and easy to use. Just set a date, time and interval through the easy to use interface and its done. Each note is customizable so that it can use its own font, color, sound and transparency. You can also customize the notes through the default settings. You can export the note to a regular textfile or to a pdf file. Importing text from textfiles adds the text to the note. If you want to keep track of information that is not in a text format, or if there is too much text to display in a note, you can add a link to one or more files for each note. When the note is displayed you can easily use the links to open the file(s). All notes are stored in xml format and all text used for the notes are stored in rtf format. This means that all the information saved by TimeNotes is accessible in a format accessible by other applications. With TimeNotes you'll be able to easily and efectively manage your notes and daily tasks.
