Editor's review: A new kind of messaging tool for sending messages to mobile phones worldwide from your PC, your mobile phone, or both. Just start a V-CIRCLES account and download the software, it’s that simple! Pros: This is a mobile messaging tool that can basically used to send messages to one or more mobile phones at the same time. It can either be used in PC-to-mobile or mobile-to-mobile mode. A single message can be used to multiple users at the same time using the V-CIRCLE gang feature (which is basically a group that a user can set up for a number of users who need to receive a given message, for example a group of friends). One of the advantages of using this service is that even if people’s numbers change (or if you lose their number) you can still use the V-CIRCLES account to continue sending messages to them, because messages are sent through the V-CIRCLES service. Cons: The truth is that nothing in life comes for free. A free messenger is a good idea and V-CIRCLES is certainly free for you, the sender, as long as you use it on your PC (note that there are other tools that will allow you to do the same thing – i.e. send a message from your computer to mobile phones Worldwide). But once you download it to your mobile phone you begin to pay. Although V-CIRCLES does not charge you anything, you will still be paying for a Data and / or messaging plan. As it is even when you use it on the PC, the receivers still have to pay. Therefore, there is no difference as such with using a different messenger such as Yahoo! Messenger on your mobile. That given, this tool is not good enough to merit it to be used ahead of the competition. Overall: 3 stars. A nice messaging utility. But it lacks enough features for it to be used ahead of other messaging tools. Although, the makers of the software do not charge anything, there will still be some costs associated with V-CIRCLES use on a mobile phone. Publisher's description:
