It also lets you actually cut the sample tutorial files on your own CNC machine, so you can see how precise and smooth the toolpath output is. VCarve Wizard is designed to work hand-in-hand with your preferred graphical design software, and imports most industry standard vector based file formats. VCarve designs from DXF, EPS or AI files. Simply open the design file. Select the regions to carve or engrave. Define the Tool size and angle. VCarve Wizard takes care of the rest. The design can be previewed to see exactly how it will look when machined into wood, stone or metals. A realistically colour shaded image of the machined job can be saved for customer approval, quotations and marketing materials such as brochures and web site content etc. Toolpaths can be saved for almost all makes and types of CNC machines and control systems.
