epiGPU Description

epiGPU is a small application designed to be used to search for epistatic interactions between SNPs in a genome-wide assocation study for quantitative traits. It performs an exhaustive two-dimensional scan, meaning every SNP is tested against all other SNPs to identify pairwise interactions.
