SpaceCheck for Netware Description

Do your users know how much space they are using on your Netware servers? Tired of sending e-mails to disk hogs? SpaceCheck is a small utility designed to notify a user when their disk usage situation exceeds certain administrator defined bounds.These are: - Total space used by the user on a volume is > X - Available space on a volume falls below X - Total space in a directory and sub directories exceeds X (eg home dir) - Space available in a directory falls below X (eg checking disk limits) Any one of these conditions, along with the value of X and a user defined message, can be set up by the administrator. If the user isn't exceeding any limits it will be invisible to them. SpaceCheck can be also run in a number of ways, depending on your site. It could be : - Run from the login script - Launched via the NAL window as a "Force Run" job - Executed through the Zenworks or Active Directory group policy - Called from a scheduling tool Requirements: · Windows 98/NT/2000/XP/2003 with Novell Client · Server Requirements: Netware 3.x, 4.x, 5.x, 6.x or 6.5
