This tool helps convert MS Office documents to SWF, Postscript, EPS, TIFF, JPG, PNG, etc. This converter also provides encryption, edit description, adding watermark features to the converted documents. Other image formats handled include XPS, PDF, PS, EPS, HPGL, PCL, TIF, GIF, TGA, PCX, PNG, JPG, BMP, EMF and WMF. On the input side it supports all the MS office formats. Images produced can support color depths of 1 bit, 8 bit or full color 24 bit. This is a batch processor. It could save you quite a bit of hassle by processing multiple files at a time. The interface makes it very easy to create a batch list. The batch list is displayed as a table. The button “Add files” on the right is used to add files into the list. The “Add folder” button will let you add a whole folder full of files to the processing list. “Clear files” is for deleting all the files added by mistake. Finding all the Word files and dragging them into the application is also available as the most convenient means of adding files. Optional settings are grouped together under tabs.
